Tents
For 2025: Teams are asked to bring their own tents.
When placing in the athletes’ village, please ensure tents are ten feet (10’) from the nearest tent/structure. Tents should be secured to the ground using sandbags or similar supports.
End of Day Teardown: we are asking teams to tear down tents and bring all belongings. We will have security overnight, but we cannot guarantee the safety of personal belongings. Athlete’s Village is not a fenced in area.
Equipment Drop-off (for racers)
