Mashalling begins 15 minutes before your listed start time.
Tents
For 2026: Teams are asked to bring their own tents.
When placing in the athletes’ village,please ensure tents are ten feet (10’) from the nearest tent/structure. Tents should be secured to the ground using sandbags or similar supports.
End of Day Teardown: we are asking teams to tear down tents and bring all belongings. We will have security overnight, but we cannot guarantee the safety of personal belongings. Athlete’s Village is not a fenced in area.
Equipment Drop-off (for racers)
Parking and equipment drop off is available at Leduc Boat Club parking lot entrance. Be aware that parking is not allowed in the parking lot. Please park in Lede Park parking lots. Car pool if possible.
