    I’m pleased to offer the following group rates before July 14, 2026:

    • $15 – Discounted breakfast

    Accommodation Details:

    • Dates: Arrival on August 14, 2026, and departure on August 16, 2026

    • Teams: Three teams, with an estimated 18–22 players per team

    • Room Block: Approximately 30 rooms, 25 with two beds and 5 with one bed

    • Booking Process: A rooming list will be provided with a credit card to hold the rooms. Individuals will supply their own credit card at check-in.

  • Nearby parking options include:

    Please note, there will be road closures around Louise McKinney Park on Sunday, August 17th due to the Servus Marathon. Road closures will be in effect until 10am.

    • Edmonton LRT Valley Line: Quarters or Muttart Station (short walk from either station)
